Chili a la “Mule”


3 lbs ground beef, venison or turkey
3 T minced onions, 3 T garlic pepper
6 oz cans of tomato paste and tomato sauce
15 oz cans black beans and kidney beans
28 oz can diced tomatoes
3-4 cups of water depending on thickness you prefer
3 T chili powder
OLD MULE: 3/4 cup for flavor or 1 – 1 1/2 cups for “kick”

Brown meat, onions and garlic pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for two to three hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and ENJOY! You can use left over chilli for Taco Salads or as a topping on Baked Potatoes!
