OK, we don’t really recommend roasting mule. But Deedie from Shelby, NC recommended we try this. We did and it was delicious.
Start with a nice plump roast (venison, beef, lamb, or pork…we used eye of round beef roast). Pour some Old Mule Sauce in the bottom of a crockpot. Coat the roast with some more Old Mule. Cook on low overnight or during the day until done. Slice and pour the juice from the crockpot on top. ENJOY!
