Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers continue to go out to families and communities still recovering from Hurricane Helene, this unprecedented natural disaster. Chili a la “Mule”

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef, venison or turkey
2 T minced onions
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
15 oz cans black beans and pinto beans
15 oz can diced tomatoes
3-4 cups of water depending on thickness you prefer
2 T Mule Dust Rub Everything
OLD MULE: 3/4 cup for flavor or 1 – 1 1/2 cups for “kick”

Brown meat and onions. Drain fat and add Mule Dust Rub Everything into your meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for two to three hours or add to your crock pot and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and ENJOY! You can use left over chili for Taco Salads or as a topping on Baked Potatoes!
