Hello Old Mule Friends,

What a year it has been! We hope you all had a safe and happy Christmas.

Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers continue to go out to families and communities still recovering from this unprecedented natural disaster. Many thanks to all who called, messaged us, or supported these impacted communities. Please keep it up as it is still needed in many areas.

Stay strong and stay safe friends!  We hope you all have a wonderful New Year! We wish you all prosperity, hope, love, and great health in 2025!  Steve and Cheryl Modlin

Old Mule Baby Back Ribs

Start with Pork Baby Back Ribs (allow at least 1 pound per person). Coat the ribs heavily with Old Mule Sauce (notice WE say “heavily!”). Place the ribs in oven bags available from most grocery stores and seal according to the bag directions (DO NOT use regular plastic bags. This would be very bad). Bake in the oven at 325F for 2 hours.

Carefully remove ribs from bags and place them on a platter. Apply a fresh coat of Old Mule Sauce to the ribs. Place ribs on preheated grill and crispen to your preference. Serve with additional Old Mule Sauce for dipping and lots of napkins. ENJOY!!
