Shipping Policy
We do make every effort to keep shipping costs to a minimum and will normally ship via UPS or US Mail. We will gladly ship to US Military APO addresses anywhere in the world. Please contact us. Unfortunately, shipping costs have gone up tremendously. We are a small family owned business and can no longer subsidize shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.
We have changed our stance on ordering more if you live out west due to our UPS small package collaboration. It is cheaper for you to buy quantities under 6 lbs to get the flat rate shipping. Generally, the heavier the package means the bigger the shipping cost now. We don’t want you to have to take out a second mortgage! Again, we can’t thank you enough for your understanding.
We are trying to get our products in more stores throughout the United States so our customers can save those costs.
Bracket Rate Shipping
Shipping is based on order weight per package. After 48 pounds, a new package will be needed.
A Few Notes
*We do not make any money on shipping, it costs us above and beyond what we charge. We are a small company and try to keep your costs to a minimum.
*Full Box: Sometimes for gifts the package looks “more complete” if it is a full box. Our standard shipping boxes are 6, 12 and 24 jar size if you want to send someone a “full” package.
*Years ago we made the decision to package our sauces in glass so we would avoid the use of added preservatives. We prefer this approach. Unfortunately, using glass does add to the weight (and cost) for shipping. Hopefully, you (our customers) understand and agree!!
Keep extra on hand. Old Mule makes a great “Emergency Gift” for the unexpected occasion or group gift. It has a long shelf life (years).
A note about shipping time: Items will normally ship UPS. West of the Rockies this will be about 5 days. From the Mississippi to the Rockies and New England will normally be 3-4 days. States closer to NC will normally be 1-2 days shipping.

Return Policy
As our Old Mule BBQ Sauce is a food product, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us. We do provide a 30 day return policy for non-food products, customer will be responsible for return shipping.
