Old Mule Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pizza dough (fresh or can)
8 ounces (more or less) grated Monterey Jack cheese
6-8 ounces cooked and shredded boneless chicken breast

handful of fresh spinach or Basil
1 medium Vidalia onion (sliced)
1 cup (more or less) Old Mule

Spread the pizza dough on a pizza pan following instructions on the package. We sprinkled a little garlic pepper on the pan under the dough. Cover the dough with your favorite Old Mule sauce. Spread the cheese over the sauce evenly. Spread the onion, spinach, and chicken pieces on top of the cheese. Steve cooks the chicken in a pan with some Old Mule before shredding it for the pizza. We used a package of precooked and cut chicken breast to keep it simple. Bake according to the instructions on the pizza dough package. Enjoy!!
