Ingredients:
2 pkgs cream cheese
1 to 1.5 Tablespoons of Rub Everything
1 can rinsed black beans and/or 1 can of rinsed pinto beans
1 cup OLD MULE
2 cups shredded lettuce or spinach
2 cups grated cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
Blend cream cheese and Rub Everything. Spread on a plate. Add a layer of your favorite OLD MULE sauce on top. Then layer beans, cheese, lettuce and/or spinach, and tomatoes. Use your favorite chip to dip and ENJOY!
