“Mule” Loaf

Ingredients:

3 lbs ground beef or chicken; 1/2 cup or more of sauteed onions
1 cup OLD MULE Sauce (We use Original, Mustard, and Mountain Apple)
2 T Mule Dust Rub Basil Bash and/or Rub Everything
2 beaten eggs and add about 1 cup of Milk (Oat or Regular Milk) to eggs and 5 oz of shredded cheese (your preference-we use a blend)
3 T Ground Flax Seeds; 1/2 cup or more of bread crumbs or ground crackers

Saute onions in pan with or without a bit of olive oil. Let cool a bit before adding it to your meat and then add in egg/milk mixture. Add Basil Bash and cheese if not already in. Place About 2 T OLD MULE in the bottom of loaf pan & put 1/2 of meat mixture on top. Use another loaf pan for additional meat mixture or you can use a bigger pan (not a loaf pan). Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven (I drain off some of the liquid) and top meat with a layer of OLD MULE. Return pan to oven and cook for an additional 15 to 30 minutes. ENJOY!
