Rub Everything “Mule” Wings

Ingredients:

Some well meaning (but less informed) people some times refer to these as “buffalo wings.” By any name they’re good.

Start with as many wings (actually chicken wings) as you wish. Coat your wings with olive oil and Mule Dust Rub Everything. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 375F. Remove from oven, baste with your favorite Old Mule Sauce and grill or bake until crispy or nice and glazed (about 15 minutes). Serve with your favorite Old Mule sauce on the side for dipping and lots of napkins.
